Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return. Returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure quality control and eligibility.
Please note that offer and discounted products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This helps us maintain affordable pricing for promotional products and ensures fairness in our pricing model.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Exchange Policy
If you have received a product in the wrong size, color, or style, we are happy to offer an exchange. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and must not be used or damaged.
